I have an account but I have forgotten my password, what shall I do?

In the top left corner of every page on beanandpod.com there is a button called 'My Account', please click this and it will take you to the log in screen. Underneath the returning customer section you will say the words ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ written. Click on this and you will be asked to enter your email address, then you will be sent an email with details on how to reset your password - please choose something safe!

My payment won't process, why?

We are sorry to hear this and can understand how frustrating this can be. There are several reasons why a card may decline, please do check with your bank in the first instance. Can I pay through mail order or over the phone?

We apologise that right now we only accept payment through our secure website. However, you can also find Bean and Pod at retailers throughout the world. If your retailer doesn't stock Bean and Pod yet, why not ask them to? 

I am ordering my product as a gift - do you do gift wrapping?

All of our products are packaged in a way so that they would make a suitable gift. Our receipts are digital and sent to the given email, so there is no worrying about your recipient knowing the price.

Are your products suitable for Vegetarians?

Yes. All of our products are suitable for vegetarians! All of our products are certified by the Vegetarian Society.

Are your products suitable for Vegans?

Is there gluten or barley malt in Bean and Pod?

Bean and Pod products may be produced on the same line as products that contain gluten or barley malt extract, so there is a potential for cross contamination. Please always refer to the ingredient list on the product’s packaging for definitive advice.

We understand that there are consumers who are unable to enjoy Bean and Pod at this time, and we hope that in the future we will be able to accommodate our consumers with varying dietary requirements. We're looking into it right now!

Are Bean and Pod products nut allergen safe?

Bean and Pod products may be produced on the same line as products that contain nuts, so there is a potential for cross contamination. Please always refer to the ingredient list on the product’s packaging for definitive advice.

Are any Bean and Pod products suitable for people with lactose intolerance?

We do sell dairy-free variants of Bean and Pod. However, we do not have products suitable for people with severe lactose intolerance - as some products may be produced on the same line as products that contain dairy.
