All Bean and Pod orders are packaged with care, in a particular way so that they would make a suitable gift. All receipts are digital and sent to the given email, so there is no worrying about your recipient knowing the price.
Returns & Replacements
We're proud to say that you can order from Bean and Pod with confidence. If there is a problem with your order and it is faulty, then we'll guarantee to do our best to put it right for you.

Bean & Pod might be delicious but our products are also perishable. Once they've left us, we have little control over the temperature or conditions of your order in transit, so we can not accept responsibility for melted or damaged products.

Ordering
All Bean and Pod orders must be processed through the Bean and Pod website. We apologise at this time time, we do not take orders over the phone. If you are trying to order and there is an issue, there could be several reasons for this. If your card has declined, please do check with your bank in the first instance. Viewing Orders
If you have checked out as a guest, you will have been sent an email containing your order.

If you have registered an account with us, then you can track all of your orders within our customer portal. In the top left corner of every page on beanandpod.com there is a button called 'My Account', please click this and it will take you to the log in screen. Once you have logged in, you will see a column on the left of the page called ‘My Account', underneath this there is text saying 'My Orders'. Click on this and you will see a chronological list of your orders and all of the details associated with them.
Updating Account Information
If you have registered an account with us, then you can update all of your details within our customer portal. Once you have logged in, you will see a column on the left of the page called ‘My Account', underneath this there is text saying 'Account Information'. Click on this and you will be able to update relevant details.
